- The item is in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- The item is not a non-returnable product (see Section 5 below).
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice).
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our team.

3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items with obvious signs of use, missing parts, or damage not caused by us).
- Rejected Refunds: If your return does not meet our eligibility criteria, we will notify you and return the item to you at your expense.
4. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. To request an exchange:

- Provide photos of the defective or incorrect item along with your order number.

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
- Perishable goods, digital products, and downloadable software.
- Personal care items (e.g., undergarments, swimwear) for hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards and vouchers.
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Items returned after the 7-day return window.
6. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/Wrong Items: Buyzi will bear the return shipping cost.
- Change of Mind Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Buyzi is not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or payment method again.
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.

9. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not been shipped. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at buyzi.officialstore@gmail.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.
