All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. 4. Shipping Locations

6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts at your provided address. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, please contact us at buyzi.officialstore@gmail.com to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. Buyzi is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. 8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
